The 13th annual Christmas in Durham Tree Lighting Ceremony was awesome. It was great to see the community come together and celebrate. There was a tree lighting ceremony and a fireworks show sponsored by Blackthornes Resort. There was a rock climbing wall, face painting, clowns, a smoke house as well as other fire prevention displays and of course Santa and Mrs Claus. The Oak Hill Durham Vol. Fire Co. hosted a finger lickin Chicken BBQ.
