Spirit Song Yoga and Healing

Founded by local resident Tina Kiernan in 2006, Spirit Song Yoga and Healing focuses on bringing health and well-being to individuals through yoga and shamanic Reiki.

The quest for peace and connectivity to nature drove empath and native Long Islander, Tina Kiernan to the beautiful Catskill Mountains. Nestled in the hamlet of East Durham, Tina, a registered Yoga Alliance Instructor (200 hours RYT), shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Master, brings her healing abilities to the local community and beyond.  With over 19 years of experience, Tina combines drumming, energy medicine and Reiki to provide a unique healing experience.

Among her services offered are:

• shamanic Reiki healing sessions
• energetic body clearings (intrusion removal)
• private and semi-private yoga sessions
• Reiki attunements
• house clearings
• house and automobile blessings
• distance healing

Tina also works with the Akashic records to release past life issues that have come forward in the present. Her work training people individually focuses on the Iyengar style of yoga and the importance of alignment.

Tina has studied with The Foundation for Shamanic Studies, the Four Winds Society, Toning the OM™, Integrative Approaches to Healing, and the Yoga Institute of Houston, among others and is a White Mesa carrier. She has been practicing and studying energy healing since 1998. Tina is particularly sensitive to the issues surrounding injuries, illness and anxiety disorders.

Reiki Level I – For Personal Use

Reiki is a gentle energy healing modality that balances the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of the person. By channeling Universal light and love, Reiki boosts a person’s immune system and ability to heal from physical injuries and emotional imbalances. Currently, Reiki is offered in hospitals with holistic healing programs as an effective way to assist in healing the person. Empirical evidence has been gathered supporting this.

You will be receive the level I attunements and learn how to perform self-healing, as well as healing for family, friends and animals. $175 with an early bird discount of $155 by July 1st.

Reiki Level II – The Healing Symbols

Reiki II furthers the work learned in Reiki I. Besides working on oneself, Reiki can be used for others both personally and professionally. Reiki is a gentle energy healing modality that balances the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of the person. By channeling Universal light and love, Reiki boosts a person’s immune system and ability to heal from physical injuries and emotional imbalances. Currently, Reiki is offered in hospitals with holistic healing programs.

Reiki Level II focuses specifically on the healing symbols. You will learn what they are, how to draw them and how to use them when creating healing sessions for people. There will be discussion on creating healing sessions if you have an interest in offering Reiki to the public as well as review of Reiki I material and experiences.

You will be receive the level II attunements and there will be a practicum that allows you to work on other people. $175, $155 if prepaid by June 25th.Hosted by Reiki Master Tina Kiernan.
